Lime and Garlic Pork Tenderloin

Try this juicy and refreshing Pork Tenderloin. Easy to prepare for a quick dinner. It has a trace of citrus flavoring that your kids will be sure to love.


2 pork tenderloin

3 tablespoons lime juice

2 tablespoons of oil

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon thyme


  1. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. stab holes into the pork with a fork and place onto parchment lined baking sheet
  3. in a small bowl mix together oil and lime juice, use a basting brush to brush the pork with the oil mixture. There should be left over, set that aside
  4. in a separate small bowl combine spices (sea salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning and thyme). Rub the spices all over the tenderloin
  5. drizzle remianing oil and lime on top of the tenderloin
  6. bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until cooked through out.
  7. Remove from oven, cover with tin foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes
  8. slice tenderloin into 1/2-1 inch pieces and serve
