Dairy Free Banana Muffins
These muffins are fast and easy to make. You can eat them as is or add in your favorite add ins like chocolate chips!
1 1/2 Cups whole wheat all purpose flour
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 mashed bananas
1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1.Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
2.Use paper muffin liners to line the muffin pan
3.Mix the dry ingredients together (flour, sugar, salt, baking powder) and set aside
4.Mix the We ingredients together (bananas, egg, lemon juice, oil). Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir to just combine.
5. Scoop the dough into the muffin tins.
6. Bake 30 mins
